These eight standards are a suggestion to improve your speaking skills in an orderly manner. There are four pairs:

Honest and truthful: Honest is presenting the ideas as they are. Truthful is not varying in any sense or order from the way events actually occured. It also refers to your reasons/ intentions of completing your actions.

Direct and straigtforward: Delivery and focus, respectively. This leads us direectly to .....

Diplomacy and tactfulness: Presentation and mediation along with observation and approach. These also apply in psychology, sociology, and the scientific method.

Eloquent and articulate in speech: Even if you live in a barrio, hood, favela, etc , you are able to present your ideas and thoughts in a well spoken manner.
