Yummy Goodly Foods

Salmon with Sweet Potatoes and Red Bananas
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb Sweet Potatoes
1 1/2 lb Red Bananas semi-ripe
1 1/lb Salmon
Hot sauce
Cinnamon
Oil.

Place the oil in a saute or frying pan and bring to the proper heat. Medium high.
Dice up 1 1/2 lbs sweet potatoes.
Throw them into the pan and start stir frying until slightly soft.
Dice the salmon and add to the pan.
Stir fry until the salmon is nearly done.
Red Bananas. 
Cube. Be sure to add gently to the mixture.
Stir fry.
Add cinnamon.
Add hot sauce.


Sweet ginger rice with coconut water and  coconut milk.

Ingredients:

2 cups sweet white rice.
4 oz ground ginger
1 qt coconut water
1 cup coconut milk.
1/3 cup coconut sugar

Prepare sweet rice using coconut water. Add the ground ginger at the beginning of the process. Add the coconut sugar. Add the coconut milk near the end. Slowly cook, stirring to prevent sticking to bottom of pan.

Prepare black beans with garlic and onions. Do not add any meat whatsoever.

Dice tomatoes and avocado and mix together.

Serve the rice dish, black bean dish, and salmon dish all on the same plate.
