The local authorities know of this and do nothing.
If I try even name any of them, they will try to harm me. 
Wherever I go, I am harassed.
These people will admit to what they are doing because they are aware that the United States government willingly allows their citizens to be tortured and harassed.

I have asked multiple times to be heard by the World Court and the United Nations; and, I have been ignored, denyed, and refused for no reason whatsoever.

This is past the third time that I have made it known that assistance is needed in this situation.

Everything that I state can and will be proven in refrence to this situation.

Today, on December 12, 2017 I was harassed and then walked out of the Court House in Salisbury, Maryland.
Now,
Knowing that they are aware of what they are doing
- - and that the evidence can be recalled using photorec and other programs to recover formatted - data erased - programs and files - -
the entire courthouse and the social services are guilty of breaking the "above" aforementioned laws.
This means that charges are to be filed against them
and also for refusal of access to the case number
describing the fraudulent charges against me
and for false arrest and imprisonment
along with mental and physical torture
that they have done to me.

Since I was arrested without evidence and publicly slandered,
It would be fair and required by law
by the precedence and example that was used upon me
with the laws of reciprocity also known as
karmic payback
for all of them
including the city officials and the citizens of the city of salisbury, Maryland itself along with the surrounding areas and persons involved with this action
to be arrested
and imprisoned
with real evidence
supported by forensic,
psychological,
mathematical,
and moral testing
fort an exact standard of applied justice to this
and all similar situations refering to the matter at hand.


Again, the evidence exists of Edward Snowden, Andrew "Bunnie" Huang, and Thomasz "CeDeRom" Cedro along with Nathan Whitehorn as to having knowledge of the situation that did occur.

Making things known

I will not hold my tongue.

Trying a different approach to all things

I have noticed that no one seems to believe me in anything that I say or do. Beacuse of this, I am now having to state those things which I did not want to state as from before.

1. There was a device implanted into my skull without my permission in December of 2015 in Fruitland, Maryland in the McDonald's in that area.
2. I am being tortured at times. My freedoms or political rights have been denied.
3. I have been falsely arrested, falsely charged, and falsely imprisoned in Wicomico County, Maryland.
4. I have been threatened multiple times by law enforcement officials.
5. Rotaxlyn did agree to what  Aiden said on accusing me of sexually assaulting her or another worker when I did not.
6. I am being harassed and threatened constantly by the same people.

I am homeless.
I am not being treated right.
People are treating me as less than a piece of shit on the bottom of their shoes.


I do not need any of you on this planet shitting on me any longer.


No one owns the electromagnetic spectrum. No one owns any color, sound, or any other frequency.
You did not create these things.
They were already here before you came into spiritual existence.
You are not Mother Nature - ladies - or Great Spirit - men - nor do any of you have the right to play "god" and "goddess".

Living in America and realizing

I'm a "homeless hacker" and have been part of a rogue social experiment that was done against my will. During all of this, I have learned to do quite a few things:
1. Let my forward thoughts be open, honest, progressive, positive, and truthful.
 a.This is an accumulatively cumulative process.
 b. This means admission of errors.
 c. This a a learning process.
2. Present myself and let others judge me.
  a. passive-observance
  b. absorbing and integrating the environment.
3. Realize that others are not me; and, that I should never compare anyone to myself because I am not them.
 a. I call this an "acceptable double standard" when you give compassion, understanding, empathy, and consideration to others.
 b. My life has been crazy and rough. I'm the son of a Brasilian immigrant. I - and some of my siblings - were abducted through the legal system of the United States. We have tried approaching and fixing this paradox to no avail. No one would listen to my mother. Today, she has had every one of her children taken from her by men who abuse and molest creating people that have certain emotional/mental/psychological disorders. It took me quite some time to live through this.

I'm going to add that Andrew "Bunnie" Huang  and Thomasz Cedro along with Edward Snowden and Nathan Whitehorn have taught me tolerance and patience.

I have a real problem of a different origin; and, whenever I try explaining it to someone in the area that I am living, I am mocked and such.
