The layers
Of the sounds
Of birds.
Pondering, reflecting upon
My choices,
My thoughts,
My words.
The calm of nature when
The machinations
Of man
are gone.
I reflect upon
My life
In the pools
Of water...
And know that
The moment
Is gone.
