A note to the World Court of International Justice.

Between the dates of December 12, 2015 and December 21, 2015
I was assaulted, drugged, and operated upon without my permission.
A cybernetic device was placed within my skull.
The device still exists within my skull.
Andrew "Bunnie" Huang is aware of the device's existence along with Edward Snowden.
The location of the crime and the current location of those involved is known as the "Chesapeake" / "DelMarVa" Peninsula also known as  "Wicomico" by the original Native population.
I bring the charges of torture, terrorism, harassment, libel, slander, the denial of the rights listed within the United States Constitution, the  denial of the rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness as stated in the United States' Declaration of Independence, of the "breaking" of all laws upon this planet protecting each of us and allowing us the freedom of freewill and thought to be brought against the peoples that are responsible and guilty of these crimes against me as a sentient and intelligent human being upon the face of this Earth.
I have stated the Netherlands Hague Protocol on International Law as is supported by the Netherlands Hague Commission on International Law which is supported by the United Nations, the United States, and the State of Maryland in which this crime was and is being committed to this very day.
