Setting Forth a precedence and example as a statute in The Rights of Free Will and Neuro Law

 In the Kantian treatises of  The Metaphysics of Morals 
,  The Critique of Practical Reason , and  The Critique of Pure Reason  we learn that the individual is responsible for the reasons of her or his actions
and the implications thereof in the results and consequences of such actions. Each individual predertermines the train of thought leading to an action
and therefore places responsibility upon one's self upon the iniciation and commencement of such an action or actions.
Knowing that we are inherently aware 
of both the logical reasons and the spiritual/ psychological / ethical / moral desires of the origins of our actions,
We heretofore take accountability
for our actions and accept the repercussions of such actions willingly.
California Statute Chapter 538 Section 52.7  outlawing forced neural implants and Section 2340A of Title 18 of the Federal Law Code and following statutes in the
outlawing of torture of an individual along with the three freedoms of the Declaration of Independence - being life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness - and that free will is protected against the forced implant of a subcutaneous biotechnical device known as a neural implant or BCI - brain 
computer interface.
It is a crime against humanity and a violation of one's human rights to use such a device in any individual without that person's permission.
To use such a device to circumvent the
normal process in the application of law and to use such a device to
render, enact, apply, and uphold other laws even as an policy enforcer or judicial legislature
of such laws is hereby illegal, 
unethical, and immoral
according to the laws of this planet.
That the reasoning of using such a device
to control others or as a means
of entertainment is a form of terrorism and
criminal conspiracy according to
the laws of the United States and 
the United Nations.

Self-Assessment Test Rewrite

  This test is a rewrite with added catagories and parts to the 
older test. In real life, I have submitted a first draft of the original
to be scanned and sent to different universities. Please enjoy taking the

Part One: Natural Abilities and Talents.

 What are your natural creative or artistic abilities?
These include the fine arts such as illustrating, drawing, sketching,
painting, composing poetry, composing musical scores, writing songs,
creative writing, sculpture, acting, drama, writing plays, opera,
and other items I have not mentioned. These are your creative, original
ideas and not those you have done for others. You may call them "your natural
creative talents of originality."




What are your natural technical talents? These are your abilities to fix and improve 
things in a prasctical manner and application. Think of what you have done that you
did not need someone else, a book, a class, or a video for you to do.
What are these abilities?" 



Part Two: Maths and Sciences


 What is your favorite math? These are the higher maths such as  algebra,
geometry, trigonometry, calculus, probability and statistics. You may include logic,
accounting, non-euclidean maths, and others of which I have not mentioned.


What are your favorite sciences? This will be split into seven basic catagories. Choose
a catagory and describe a branch of that science - or sciences - that you enjoy.
They are geology, biology, chemistry, physics, quantum mechanics - this is separated 
from physics for varying reasons, computer and other "mechanical" types of sciences,
and the human sciences such as sociology, psychology, and ethics.

What is your proficiency with computers? Describe with honesty and sincerity what
ypou are able to do. What is your familiarity with computers? Are you able to program?
Do you have familiarity with different operating systems or just different versions

minerals, micronutrients, and phytonutrients from as many natural or naturally based

The education you would need for the job would be provided freely to you.

and not just humanity.

For Those Administrating This Test


 I designed this test as a way of aiding and assisting those who are
homeless and of the lower income class for them to perceive ways
of knowing their potential and developing skills to getb out of
their sityuations and be more self independent. This test may be used
to see the potential of students, workers, and others in many ways.
You are allowed to take the test and: use it as a template, add your own
questions, translate it into other languages, and make the questions/ sections
more fun.

White people like to explain away everything

 Being half Latino and half "white", I have noticed this trend
in many pale skinned people. I have termed this as the "Caucasian
Explanation". Given the fact that caucasoids make up the greater
percent of the population in the Federal Republic of the United States
of North America, one may positively assume that these people seem to
think that they know everything.
Have you ever talked to a white boy about something that wasn't part
of his culture? My God, he will try to tell why it happened and he isn't
even one of your people. In the past, I have introduced Brazilian and other
types of Latin music to our lighter pale skinned brothers and sisters. The
reaction of a small tribe of caucasians was to compare it to music from
the US without even asking about the genre.
Such misinformed and poorly developed ideas from the Caucasian Imagination
have also created "Cappucino flavored potato chips" that the Lays 
corporation introduced to the US public a few years ago. What in the hell was
this white boy smoking? That must have been a bad strain of chronic.
I mean, seriously, coffee flavored potato chips.

And have you seen them dance? God forbid anyone catching them during their
mating season.

I know that I am terrible; but, I am also poking fun at half of myself.

Defending My Right of Free Will

 Interrupting my thoughts, 
assaulting me through the device,
and harrassing me constantly,
these people do not care. One medsed with me after I was not feeling good, read my thoughts, and used them to tell me not to be
at that business. I am reporting this because there are fewer
and fewer places for me to go
for food and drink.

If I am placed in any bad position, I want to press and file charges on both the federal and international levels.

Having to state this publicly

 As some of you may know, I am homeless.
This will be explained to you in detail.
Because of the experiment done on me
and another individual,
resources have become limited.
I have to beg, scavenge, and dig through the trash to survive.
It becomes a daily ritual.
At the same time, I receive electrical shocks through 
the implanted neural device in my skull/ brain.
