Having to state this publicly

 As some of you may know, I am homeless.
This will be explained to you in detail.
Because of the experiment done on me
and another individual,
resources have become limited.
I have to beg, scavenge, and dig through the trash to survive.
It becomes a daily ritual.
At the same time, I receive electrical shocks through 
the implanted neural device in my skull/ brain.
I am not sure as to the number if people
on this planet
that know about what happened to the two of us;
but,
it has gone global.
If either Interpol or the FBI
is willing to acknowledge and inform you
of what transpired,
then you will have no reason
any longer
to doubt my words.
