The Four Clause BSD Style Open Patent License for All Individuals on the Planet Earth

1. Along with your product or design - also known as "Intellectual Property" - you are to include
both a detailed printed description and a detailed diagram. This will allow you to release it to others as either or both depending upon your agreements with others.
2. The Prerequisites to the Open Patent License are to be released as a seperate document. This allows others to know what to do
before making changes to the idea
that may or would require relicensing.
3. You are allowed to release - in part or in whole - your idea so long as you respect the intellectual property of others. You are to give credit when and where it is due.
4. You are to release a copy of this license with your product,
invention, design, or idea. This will allow all parties involved to
share the design, idea, invention, or product with others freely if
so you choose.

This ends the third draft of the Open Patent License. You may freely use the Four Clause BSD
Style License for All Individuals
on the Planet Earth wherever it is
accepted without having to pay a fee.
