 The following is a second draft
of the Open Patent License

Open Patent License
This license is permissive
under the following conditions:
1.Before you use the Open
Patent License
a) You are to research before applying
for the license. If your idea is similar
to another's idea or is already patented, please contact the parties involved to prevent any
legal recourse.
b) If the idea is public domain, 
please refer to the laws of your country
and the World Trade Organization
as to the reimplementation of
such ideas into the public economic arena.
2. The original design 
- whether it be a descriptive statement,
a detailed diagram, or both -
must be included with the product.
3. Modifications to the product design
may be and are allowed to remain private so long as the product is:
a) for non-profit and the modifications are shared
with that non-profit organizations.
b) For use in educational institutions with
the improved product design
being part of the student(s)' and 
faculty(ies) research and work.
c) And for any use for the private 
individual so long as there is no profit.
4. Your - the individual's design -
becomes public domain after so many 
years agreed upon by you
that do not exceed twenty years.
5. You are allowrd and encouraged
to leave your name and contact information
on your patent.
This will allow others to contact you
after the patent expires for aid, assistance,
and further input.
6. Be respectful of others and 
encourage positivity whenever pissible.
